Partnership vision

From great experiences to a measurable global pathway.

Global Cricket School and Striide are building the same thing from two directions: GCS from the ground, the coach and the fixture; Striide from the plan, the data and the player's phone. This is the 24-month plan to join them.

The shared belief

Talent is everywhere. Structured, measurable opportunity is not. Cricket's next generation shouldn't be limited by geography, by who can afford to travel, or by what happens in the eleven months between camps.

Complementary strengths

Two halves of one pathway.

What GCS brings

  • Nearly two decades of delivery since 2007
  • Relationships with boards, counties and schools worldwide
  • Grounds, pitches, net bowlers and coaching panels
  • Operational excellence in travel, safety and logistics
  • Credibility with the people who select teams

What Striide brings

  • A personalised five-pillar digital pathway
  • World-class coaching content on demand
  • Assessment, planning and progress tracking
  • Coach, player and parent visibility in one place
  • A consent-based route from evidence to opportunity

24-month roadmap

Prove. Productise. Expand. Scale.

Deliberately sequenced, nothing is scaled before it has been proven on real squads in real conditions.

Phase 01 · Months 0–6

Prove

Run the joint model on live GCS programmes. Every camp and tour in the window ships with pre-programme preparation, in-programme logging and a post-programme pathway.

  • Pilot on two to three flagship camps
  • Baseline assessment for every attending player
  • Coach and parent feedback captured formally
  • Define the metrics that count as success
Phase 02 · Months 6–12

Productise

Turn what worked into a repeatable package that can be quoted, sold and delivered without bespoke effort each time.

  • Standard GCS × Striide programme tiers
  • Coach dashboard and squad reporting
  • Curriculum mapped to the five pillars
  • Onboarding that takes minutes, not weeks
Phase 03 · Months 12–18

Expand

Extend the model beyond the camp calendar, into partner academies, schools and associations who want the pathway year-round.

  • Board and county-level agreements
  • School and academy licensing
  • Additional venues and coaching panels
  • Women's and girls' pathway as a first-class track
Phase 04 · Months 18–24

Scale

Operate as one pathway across regions, with talent visibility as the outcome that distinguishes the partnership from every other camp provider.

  • Multi-region programme calendar
  • Consent-based scouting and evidence layer
  • Longitudinal player development data
  • Grassroots to greatness, measurably

What success looks like

Grassroots to greatness, with the receipts.

Retention

Players stay engaged between programmes instead of disappearing for eleven months.

Differentiation

A measurable pathway no other camp provider in the market currently offers.

Evidence

Longitudinal development data that boards and counties can act on.

Reach

Talent surfaced far beyond the players who can afford to travel.
